Aortic valve stenosis is a condition where your aortic valve is too narrow. This narrowing prevents the valve from opening fully, which blocks proper blood flow from your heart into your aorta and to the rest of your body.

This is a procedure for select patients with severe symptomatic aortic stenosis (narrowing of the aortic valve opening) who are not candidates for traditional open chest surgery or are high-risk operable candidates.
